Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase within our 15 day return policy. Please send us an email [email protected] stating your name, order number and reason for the return. If we feel you’re eligible for a return. You will be given store credit in the amount of the purchase price excluding taxes and shipping. We deal with each return in a case by case basis and we do what we can to make sure you’re taken care of.
Shipping
Products typically ship out with 5-6 day’s. Straw hat’s, bandanas and stickers typically ship out within 3-4 day’s.
*Note: With our straw hats being such a large and awkward shape. It relies heavily on a custom shipping box to insure your straw hat arrives without any damage. Being that we are located on the island of Maui. Our cheapest shipping option might take a couple weeks or so. Rest assured. It will include a tracking number like all our items do. If you’d like to op for a faster shipping method. Please contact us [email protected] and we can discuss the other faster shipping methods.
